Robyn and John were married on the 13th July 2018 during a beautiful ceremony at St Patrick's Church, Jordanstown, before heading to Castle Leslie for their reception.
It’s undeniable that Castle Leslie is a stunning venue for a wedding, so I was really excited about Robyn and John’s big day.
I began the day by visiting Robyn and her bridesmaids for some pre-ceremony photos. Robyn chose a fit-and-flare ballgown with full skirt, which proved an instant hit with guests. Her bridesmaids wore flowly blush pink dresses - a perfect colour choice for the season, while bouquets of beautiful pink and white peonies effortlessly tired everything together.
After the ceremony, we made our way to Castle Leslie. With the venue boasting such exquisite grounds, there was no need to stop anywhere else for photos. With the summer months offering great weather, the gardens were in full bloom, meaning an abundance of colour served as the perfect backdrop for photos. We meandered around the grounds, stopping at the lake and boat house for more photos, before making our way to the marquee for the reception.
When we arrived, the room was flawlessly set up. Robyn and John had really gone the extra mile for guests, and I loved the finishing touches, such as blankets, which showed they’d really thought of everything.
The speeches and cutting of the cake followed the meal, before Robyn and John took to the dance floor for their first dance, after which they were joined by guests for the rest of the night.
